Trinity Senior Living, West Joyce Blvd., Johnson City, Arkansas.

The project is a mixed-use Senior Housing development. It will be located on West Joyce Blvd. (immediately West of the North West Arkansas Mall) in Johnson City, Arkansas. Johnson City is located adjacent to Fayetteville (the home of the University of Arkansas). It will be the newest and most modern complete Senior Living project in Johnson City. It will contain 60 independent living units (located in 30 individual duplex buildings), 102 assisted living suites, 60 memory care suites and 200 skilled nursing beds. The main structure housing the assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing units will be a three-story building. The total square footage of the project will be approx. 249,000.
