The Crane

The Crane will consist of 298 Units of Luxury Independent Living Apartments. The Crane is being constructed on 1.5 Acres overlooking Cranes Roost Park in the heart of Uptown Altamonte surrounding Cranes Roost Lake. Uptown Altamonte is a destination offering an enviable collection of places to eat, shop and be entertained. In true downtown fashion, Uptown Altamonte features pedestrian-friendly streets and uniquely crafted walk- ways lined with specialty shops and eateries, as well as recognizable retail and grocery favorites such as Whole Foods. The central location of The Crane provides easy access to Interstate 4 and State Road 436 (this intersection is two blocks to the West) and to medical and support services.
