Living Water Communities LLC & Mueller Development Group, LLC Announce A Joint Venture Agreement

Jacksonville, FL January 28, 2019: Living Water Communities, a Florida LLC based in Jacksonville, FL and Mueller Development Group, a Florida LLC based in West Palm Beach, FL, announce the formation of a joint venture relationship for the purpose of developing senior housing communities in conjunction with churches, faith-based organizations and other affinity groups.
Living Water over the past year has assembled a team of seasoned professionals who uniquely understand churches and Faith-Based organizations. This team also has the ability to utilize their existing relationships within the financial markets to provide loan commitments to fund a wide variety of senior housing projects across the United States so that communities can be developed for numerous churches. LWC will utilize its team’s relationships with national and regional companies who are seasoned contractors, operators and management professionals interested in developing relationships with the faith-based community. LWC’s goal is to deliver turn-key, state-of-the-art senior living communities in partnership with churches. These communities will allow residents to experience some of the most productive years of their lives, while assuring families that their parents are in a home where their physical, emotional, spiritual needs and values are a priority. These communities will provide resort-style living with state-of-the-art dining venues, including meals prepared by master chefs as well as enjoying their favorite beverages at “The Bistro”. Each community provides amenities found only in upscale hotels or resorts including exercise facilities, spas, swimming pools and wellness and educational programs designed to keep residents engaged and productive. LWC’s leadership team brings a combined total of 60+ years of experience working with faith based Organizations, Churches and Affinity Groups.
Mueller Development Group, has been involved in the senior care and senior housing sector since 1984. Its principals have played various roles with the professional teams related to the financing, development and management in the senior care and senior housing markets. Its involvement with senior sector projects spans from New Mexico to Maryland, with a concentration in the Southeastern US, especially Florida. These efforts have culminated in participations in over 350 transactions, with total construction budgets exceeding $3B.
Mueller Development Group’s portfolio of completed projects include the complete continuum of senior care and senior housing facilities including Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Independent Living Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Memory Care Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
