Mueller Development Group, LLC (“MDG”) is a Florida limited liability company based in West Palm Beach, Florida and is an organization that utilizes the talents of it’s staff to provide development services to effect the development and financing of real estate to create quality projects in the senior housing industry. MDG develops projects that include: Age Restricted (55+) Apartments, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Independent Living Facilities, Alzheimer’s/Memory Care Facilities as well as Skilled Nursing Facilities.
MDG consists of a highly skilled professionals and intends to capture the continuous growth of the senior housing market. The founder and its senior management all have substantial experience in development, financing and construction of projects. It’s leadership professionals include several individuals who have substantial contacts and personal relationships with both long time owners and operators in the senior housing industry, as well as regular interaction with executive management who currently are or have been executive officers with commercial banks, investment banks, REITS and HUD Processors all of which are currently active in lending to the senior housing industry. MDG’s staff also has a substantial number of relationships with multi-family residential developers, major health care providers (including major hospital systems), large affinity groups and others who see the opportunity to take advantage of the senior housing need by the development of 55+ apartments, ILFs and ALFs with Memory Care components either on or adjoining their already established developments or campuses.
The need for senior care and senior housing in the senior services market will continue to grow based on the demographics in the U.S. for the next 25 years. The prevailing market conditions position MDG and its client investors to participate in an unparalleled growth industry with a history of increasing demand, strong returns, secure investments in real estate and high rates of loan performance. George E. Mueller, Jr., J.D.

Mr. Mueller has been involved in the senior care and senior housing industry for 41 years. From 1975 to 1990 his experience was as legal counsel to developers and investment bankers involved in the development, rehabilitation and refinance of skilled nursing facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, independent Living Facilities, Memory Care Facilities, hospitals and dialysis facilities, totaling 200+ facilities. In addition, he developed and owned several senior housing projects for his own portfolio. In 1990 he began totally focusing on the financing aspects of senior facilities and working directly with his nationwide clientele in arranging and closing financings for their projects. This resulted in the financing of over 150 projects with REITs, commercial banks and investment banks over the years. In 1994 Mr. Mueller began acting as a Development Consultant in all aspects of senior housing development and financing to various private and public companies in the senior care and senior housing industry. Today, he still works daily with clients, advising on current senior housing market trends and pursuing development opportunities. Mr. Mueller holds, BA, BSA and JD degrees from the University of Florida.
Judit K. Mueller

Ms. Mueller has some 25 years of experience in the space planning, design, interior design and procurement of all furniture, fixtures and equipment for both senior care and senior housing facilities. She has completed over 40 projects in the states of Florida, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Illinois and North Carolina. Her expertise in specifications and budgeting has resulted in exceptional projects, all within the required budgets. She has worked with numerous architectural and construction firms and has an excellent reputation in the senior care and senior housing industry for quality work. Ms. Mueller holds an AA Degree in Mathematics from Brevard State College and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
