Meet our Leadership

Alan Kelso, comes from rural America with a rich family heritage, diversely rooted within Agriculture, Business and Pastoral Ministry.  Having received an invitation to both West Point and the Air Force Academy upon graduation from High School he chose to attend college in Lakeland, Florida and receive a degree in Ministry and Education.

After graduating in 1978 he spent many years as a Pastor, Evangelist, Conference Speaker and Author.  He produced daily radio shows with estimated audience’s of more than 1 million listeners as well as hosting several TV Specials.

In 1985 he founded WORD BROADCASTING NETWORK.  A 24 hour a day, independent Television Station in the 2nd largest Market in Indiana.   The station was awarded contracts to broadcast Fort Wayne Indiana’s Professional Indoor Soccer Team as part of the channel line up.  They were selected to broadcast several national recording artist live concerts. The stations programming mix was 60% Christian and 40% Family Entertainment.  

In 1987 Mr Kelso moved in the production of Film and Video and built THE PRODUCTION STUDIO.  The first of its kind, fully digital film and video production company within the Midwest.  It  was designated as a Sony Broadcast of America Premier Facility.  

Since that time he has not stopped branching out into other industries.  These included a  Commercial and Residential Consultant/Construction Company, followed by RocketJet Internet.  RocketJet ISP and data acceleration software. He next entered wireless retail opening ClearMobile, a new concept in  interactive retail shopping.  The goal was to utilize his vision of  interactive “digital assistants” to assist retail shoppers with there shopping needs.  He was in the process of releasing the next generation of interactive Digital Virtual Hologram Assistants to assist shoppers retail stores in Malls across the Southeast.  However as a result a severe auto accident development was halted.

As the world moved into the new Centennial, he was asked to serve on a Federal Advisory Council in the arena of Business development.  This Federal Advisory Council led him to an appointment on a  Presidential Commission, established by President George W. Bush, headed by House Majority Whip, Tom Delay of Texas.

In 2017, he like 1 of 3 families in America was faced with the question of “what to do with his aging father?”.  He was looking for a Senior Community with shared Values where his father might reside and and become actively involved during the latter years of his life.  

What he discovered was that there was a specific need for a new level of Resort Style Senior Communities.   He believed that Faith Based Organizations might present prime locations with pre-existing activity centers as well a highly qualified and purpose driven membership, who would be motivated to help aging seniors fulfill their purposes in life during their latter years.   

Though he originally only planned on the development of One Community in NE Jacksonville, Florida he began levering his relationships around the country which eventually  led to a strategic Joint Venture with successful Independent & Assisted Living Communities, Memory Care and Long Term Care Community Developer.  He felt it would be crucial to have a key component in the company of a Day to Day Internal Management company which the Joint Venture relationship offered as part of the network of Communities.

 In 2019 an introduction, birthed a  strong relationship with a leading Financial Capital Group which would enable Living Water Communities LLC to pull together every component necessary to Develop Senior Living Communities throughout America. 

Though Covid-19 has slowed the development process in 2020, Living Water Communities LLC is poised to develop a total of 11 Communities in 2021 with 2 of those in conjunction with Churches.  

He is married to Award Winning, Recording Gospel Artist and Television Host  Terina Kelso, a remarkable gifted and talented Lady.  Together they have 6 Children and 7 Grandchildren.

Graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida  with a Bachelors Degree in Ministerial Studies.

• Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree conferred upon Alan Kelso as a distinguished Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, for his Public Service as a Christian Leader having made significant contributions to God’s Kingdom in the areas of Biblical Principles of Business Leadership and Christian Ethics within the Marketplace.

Licensed in the State of Florida, with currently more than 2000 Patients, some traveling from as far away as Macon, Ga to the North…. the extreme Western Panhandle of Florida and as far south as Central Florida.

 For a period of 3 years he specialized under a Jacksonville ENT  with a special emphasis  in Tinnitus Management.  It was during that time he  developed a unique Tinnitus App for his wife who at the time was suffering from extreme Tinnitus.  Eventually he made the app available to his Patients.  

He continues to receive acclaim  from patients and manufacturers alike for his attention to detail and gifted abilities to enable his patients to once again enjoy the world of sound which surrounds them.
